The process of human development, the process of increasing consciousness, can be described in four distinct stages, each defined by the amount of consciousness conducted by the specific Vortices. Although these quantities can be defined numerically, they are simply referred to here as the affected Vortices becoming ACTIVE.
7 - Whenever you ignore a discipline that prevents the rejection of understanding, ask yourself: why am I rejecting the action that allows me to transcend myself, so that I can be of benefit growing for the world?
Only a correct answer to this transforms you into perfect understanding.
8 - At every moment when you are not living with intention, with awareness of the necessity for you of this action, ask yourself: why am I rejecting these necessities to accomplish when each appropriate action recreates the world, and each inappropriate action murders him?
Only the correct answer to this question transmutes you into understanding the world.
The three lower Vortices generate considerably more consciousness than the four above them, so the body at Level 8 tends to resemble an inverted chalice lacking a base.
This body (level 8) has no abilities or functions at this stage, excluding those relating to what is called “law of accident”.
1 - The SKY stage
It occurs when the RESEARCHER begins to become capable of being useful to the world.
Your growing PERCEPTION translates into your need to understand yourself.
2 - The AIR stage (FLOWERS)
It occurs when the one who feels NECCESITIES begins to be able to find his way.
Your growing insight translates into your need to understand your relationships with everything.
3 - The FIRE stage (TREES)

Your growing ability to conceptualize results in your growing need to understand what you feel is true, but cannot confirm intellectually.
5 - Be OPEN (EARTH)
Being open happens when your growing FEELING by opening up translates into your need to understand what you need to do to develop.
You begin to generate Karmas for potential use by others.
This very complex stage leads to perfect understanding, which is in itself absolute peace, the center of all things.
6 - The DARKNESS stage
It occurs when the one who is proud refuses to recognize his lack of conscience.
7 - The stage of LIGHT
It occurs when the narcissist refuses necessities.
8 - The MOON stage

9 - The SUN stage

Absolute peace, the center of all things.
10 - SERVICE stage
It occurs when the person who is afraid refuses to remind others of their responsibilities.
On understanding
Increasing understanding comes from realizing that every common experience, without exception, is beneficial to you..., especially when it is difficult.
True understanding allows you to instantly change your response to any experience without being bound by any particular reaction to that experience. Understanding is a real process that only happens now and now and now...
It is not carried out in relation to any moment in your past; no form of reference to your past makes the slightest difference, in itself, to your stable level of consciousness - indifferent to your temporary good feelings or intellectual achievements.
Only the use you make of your life is present in each moment. This is what your life is made for.
Diminishing understanding also depends on one action: realizing that your experience presents only as something that happens to you, that you enjoy or try to avoid depending on its nature.
It is the habit of forgetting yourself in favor of your experiences, of being carried away from one thing to another, your life being a series of seemingly arbitrary events. By locking your attention exclusively into your successive experiences, you prevent yourself from recognizing their potential benefits regarding the understanding of yourself, or the growth of your consciousness. Your experiences are meant to help you “wake up,” but by “forgetting” yourself, you become “asleep.”
NON-CONSCIOUSNESS is the act of forgetting oneself.
However it is also always an opportunity for you to increase your understanding?
These opportunities are defined by a Code of Conduct called the Eight Reflections, as observed in monastic life. Regardless of the obvious benefits of their practices.
