Increase your bio-electric flow
This exercise helps reduce polarization errors.
1 - Standing, feet wide apart, arms forward stretched horizontally, palms facing each other; exhale slowly and deeply.
2 - Slowly lower your arms outstretched on each side of your body; inhale to a slow count of six.
3 - Raise your arms slowly to return to position ’1-’; exhale slowly to a count of six.
Repeat parts ’2-’ and ’3-’ 10 times on the first day.
You can increase by ten exercises each day up to a maximum of fifty times per day.
Arrived at this point. The exercise can be divided into two daily sessions of 25 exercises each.
