Qabala

Qabala is a Jewish esoteric tradition that explores the nature of God, the universe and the human soul. It is based on sacred texts, notably the Zohar, and uses key concepts such as Ein Sof (infinity), Sephirot (divine emanations), and the tree of life.
The word “kabbalah” (Qabalah in Hebrew) means “reception” and therefore by extension “tradition”. The Kabbalist is therefore the one who received (Qibel) the tradition.
