EasyBrainwave is a brainwave generator that allows you to modulate your brain activity using different audio techniques: binaural beats, isochronic sounds, bilateral stimulation, white noise with or without ambient sound.
The Main Types of Brain Waves
Delta Waves (0.1–4 Hz): Deep Sleep
Delta waves appear during deep sleep. They promote healing, physical recovery, and complete disconnection from the environment.
Theta Waves (4–8 Hz): The Twilight State
Theta waves are present at the beginning of sleep and during dreams. They facilitate memory consolidation, emotional processing, and subconscious creativity.
Alpha Waves (8–13 Hz): Awakeful Relaxation
Alpha waves dominate when you are relaxed but awake. They are associated with meditation, daydreaming, and fluid creativity.
Beta waves (13–30 Hz): attention and reflection
Beta waves predominate during cognitive tasks, concentration, active wakefulness, focus, and logic.
Gamma waves (30–100 Hz): learning and integration
Gamma waves, the fastest, are associated with memory, learning, transcendental states, and higher cognition.
